5.3.2007 - The works on the hot water duct in České Budějovice are nearing completion
It may not look it at the first glance, but the transition from steam to hot water heating system is to the benefit of environmental protection. The hot water ducts lower the heat losses and therefore have a positive impact on the financial costs. It is no different with the construction of the hot water system with the hot water ducts in the length of circa 4 km, which replaced original steam system in the housing estates Máj and Šumava of České Budějovice.
6.2.2007 - Stadium in Eden is growing up from the ground
The first pole was erected on Monday, February 5th 2007, on the site of the multifunctional football grounds SK Slavia Prague in Eden. The construction works have been running according to the time schedule.

30.1.2007 - Ski complex Peklák welcomed the first skiers
This year´s winter doesn’t favor the skiers much – there is very little snow, so whenever some comes down our ski resorts are full of enthusiasts, who want to enjoy it while it lasts. In similar situation was the area around Česká Třebová. But as soon as the new ski complex was finished, the new snow fell. So the last tests of the ski lift on Saturday, January 27th could be carried out, as it should be, with real skiers.
29.1.2007 - Fourth year of the competition named Petr Parléř Award was closed with a ceremony
To conclude the fourth year of the architectural competition Petr Parléř Award, the prices were presented to the competition winners in all the categories, on Thursday January 25th during a ceremony. The presenter Martina Kociánová, together wit Mayor of Prague Pavel Bém, welcomed all the present in the exquisite premises of City of Prague in Mariánské náměstí.
23.1.2007 - HOCHTIEF CZ předal Městské části Praha 11 nové velkokapacitní garáže
Investor stavby, Městská část Praha 11, v úterý 23. ledna slavnostně převzal dokončenou stavbu velkokapacitního hlídaného parkoviště ve Vojtíškově ulici. Nabídne tak atraktivní řešení chybějících parkovacích stání obyvatelům své městské části. Generálním dodavatelem stavby byla akciová společnost HOCHTIEF CZ, která s její realizací začala v září loňského roku.
23.1.2007 - The municipal part Prague 11 will take over the completed high-capacity guarded car park
The investor, municipal part Prague 11, will on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2007 ceremoniously take over the completed construction of the high-capacity guarded car park in Vojtíškova Street. It will offer to the inhabitants an attractive solution for insufficient parking. The main contactor of the construction is the joint stock company HOCHTIEF CZ, who started with its execution in September last year. Garages for parking 375 cars, which includes 20 places for disabled, grew in Chodov, between the streets Vojtíškova, Láskova and Roztylská.
19.1.2007 - Hydčice have a new bridge
The floods in 2002 caused a lot of accidents and damages on the river Otava in Šumava. One of them was destruction of the bridge connecting the villages Malé Hydčice and Velké Hydčice and providing the traffic connection with other surrounding villages. Also the cyclists had to use alternative routes, because they couldn´t cross the river on Otava road.
15.1.2007 - We have become the Designer and Builder of the Year 2006
The joint-stock company HOCHTIEF CZ has received the prestigious award called The Designer and Builder of the Year 2006 from the CDIS Review (Czech Defence Industry and Security) magazine for the reconstruction and completion of the integrated object of the General Staff of the Czech Army.
3.1.2007 - Říčany got a new colorful school under the Christmas tree
Completed reconstruction of the elementary school in Říčany was handed over by the main contractor, joint stock company HOCHTIEF CZ, Division Prague, to the investor, town Říčany, on Monday December 18th, 2006.
