13.12.2005 - We unveiled the Construction of the Year 2005 plaque
The Construction of the Year 2005 plaque was unveiled by Ing. arch. Radimíra Sedláková on Friday, December 9th, in the building of the National Integrated Air Traffic Control Center in the presence of the Director of Division 8 Ing. Rudolf Hankovec, the representative of the contractor.
12.12.2005 - The order for Siemens was fulfilled in a very short time
In mere 126 days the employees of Division 8 were able to hand over into the hands of the Siemens representatives the new busbar production hall in Mohelnice. The hall project was commenced in the beginning of July and the final handover took place on November 15th.
6.12.2005 - Environmental policies will undergo a new certification
Last year, the international standard for the Environment Management System (EMS) ISO 14001, dealing with the environmental protection, has been revised. Subsequently (July 2005), the Czech version of this standard, according to which our company has been certified since 2003, has also been revised.
30.11.2005 - We are members of the National Award for Quality Club
Membership in the National Award for Quality Club is eligible to those companies only, which since 1995 included themselves into its programs and became the holders or awarded finalists of the Czech National Award for Quality.
22.11.2005 - HOCHTIEF VSB helps to implement EU Standards in South Bohemia Waterworks System
The Waterworks System in South Bohemia is gradually succeeding to comply with the European Union standards. This program also involves the sludge management redevelopment at the Plav Water Treatment Plant and the water quality assurance in course of the long-distance pipeline transport to end-users.
3.11.2005 - The Prague Subway C Line to be extended
The extension of the Prague Subway C Line is represented by the construction of three new subway stations and connecting tunnel sections. The prevailing works at this new C line section are being carried out above ground; the tunnel sections are partially driven. The construction started in June 2004 and the line is assumed to start operating in spring 2008.
26.10.2005 - HOCHTIEF VSB has received the Safe Enterprise award for the second time
For the second time in its history the joint-stock company HOCHTIEF VSB received the Safe Enterprise award, which declares the fulfillment of all implementation conditions and observance of health protection at work on all work places. This is a very important fact that presents to the public, as well as to the employees, the measure of responsibility with which the company addresses this specific topic.
20.10.2005 - Foundation stone for flats for TPCA car factory, Kolín
A foundation stone has been laid today by the HOCHTIEF VSB joint-stock company signalling the start of construction work on 560 apartments. These have been designed for employees of the TPCA car factory in Kolín, and are to be erected on a site known as U Vodárny.
11.10.2005 - The new spokesperson for HOCHTIEF VSB
As of 3rd October 2005, the joint-stock company HOCHTIEF VSB has a new spokesperson, Ms Alena Cechova. Having acceded to the position, she is entirely responsible for dealing with representatives of the media from this time on. In addition, her duties include facilitating communication within the company and elsewhere.
