4.10.2006 - A new boiler house for Tábor
HOCHTIEF VSB Division 1, Operation 1, is constructing a new boiler house for the Heating plant Tábor. The works have been commenced this year in July and the finalization is planned in October 2007.
29.9.2006 - Pilsen will have a new shopping and entertainment center
After the "Clean Water" project the city of Pilsen is offering another interesting building opportunity: the construction of a shopping and entertainment center Pilsen Plaza located in the southern part of the former exhibition grounds. This project was acquired by HOCHTIEF VSB a.s. Division 1.
25.9.2006 - New secure high-capacity car park for Prague 11
Garages for parking of 375 cars (20 of those for disabled) will be built in Chodov – between the streets Vojtíškova, Láskova and Roztylská. Division 8 of HOCHTIEF VSB will start the construction for municipal part Prague 11 in September this year. Completion of the works is planned in four months.

Implementation of an extensive project dealing with water management infrastructure in Pilsen and its outskirts started today with the ceremonial first dig.
8.9.2006 - HOCHTIEF VSB will construct a multi-purpose soccer complex SK Slavia Prague in Eden
On September 8th, 2006, company E SIDE PROPERTY LIMITED signed a contract for the implementation of multi-purpose soccer complex SK Slavia Prague in Prague´s district of Eden. The main contractor to this project is the joint-stock company HOCHTIEF VSB. This is a project, which has been long awaited by the sports fans and club SK Slavia Prague alike. The project will be commenced on September 15th 2006 and the finalization is expected for March 18th, 2008.

During the entire year joint-stock company HOCHTIEF VSB is continuously paying attention to interests and needs of its employees and their families. It is the summer season that is most fitting for activities, despite occasional rains and cooler weather.
28.7.2006 - Bridge in Slaný getting a new lease of life
Since August last year, HOCHTIEF VSB, Division 1, Operation 3, as the general contractor, has been carrying out essential repairs for stability to the bridge on Lázeňská Street in Slaný.
27.7.2006 - Foundations being excavated for Business and Culture Centre Gemini
In June, HOCHTIEF VSB, Division Traffic Infrastructure, was granted the commission to carry out earth work for the Strabag - Pozemní stavitelství Praha company. Construction work worth CZK 28.5 million comprises preparing the construction site for erecting the Business and Culture Centre Gemini in Prague 4. The structure is to be formally handed over to the developer as early as at the end of the next year.
