As an international provider of construction and related services the company HOCHTIEF implements its activities in countries with different values, political and legal systems. Therefore the topic of compliance is very important for the company HOCHTIEF. Compliance means to us compliance with the applicable laws and also with the strict in-house rules of our company. 

Binding rules are applied within the group. All employees of the HOCHTIEF group are obliged to act in accordance with these rules that are defined in the Code of Conduct of the company HOCHTIEF and in the in-house regulations. Emphasis is placed on honesty and fairness. We expect the same from our contracting partners and subcontractors. We are uncompromising when any violation of these rules occurs. Our employees are regularly trained. In case of suspicion of unethical conduct they can always use a special telephone line or e-mail address and announce the problem anonymously or openly.    

Our goal: We will continue in supporting the ethical conduct. Since 1999, our parent company HOCHTIEF AG has cooperated with a non-profit organization Transparency International.
