Description:

Apart from the car rental offices, hygienic facilities and parking 
spaces for the cars for rent, there are also technical facilities consisting of a filling station, two drive-through car washes and a sewage treatment plant on the 1st floor of the building. On the 2nd through the 6th floor there are not only parking spaces, but also spaces for baggage trolleys. The vertical movement of cars is enabled by circular ramps. There are also 2 elevators and 4 emergency staircases for persons. 
The structure consists of a ferro-concrete poured in-situ foundation slab and walls. The load-bearing structures of the circular entrance and exit ramps form a separate construction part. The staircase tower and the elevator shaft feature a glazed facade fitted in a steel grid. The most important outdoor structures are the hard surfaces of parking spaces, roads and pavements with an area of 2,500 sq.m executed with interlocking pavestones. The bus parking, with an area of 3,000 sq.m, has a bituminous surface.
