Description: HOCHTIEF VSB, respectively Divisions 1 and 8, prepared the site, were responsible for all relocating duties, put utility lines in place, and laid the foundations on bored piles. They also provided the prefabricated skeleton of reinforced concrete, steel structures, as well as the under-floor screed and reinforced fibre concrete floors. In addition, they made improvements to surfaces, laid cable ducts, roads, shared construction site installations, and did all finishing work and landscaping.

The hall comprises a manufacturing section for car components production. Additionally, there is a logistics centre, which will be used for the receiving of supplies from external sources and warehouses, allowing for them to go directly to the production on time, and product dispatch departments.

In the course of construction, all standard procedures had to be complied with, and great emphasis was put on observing technological methods as well as the quality of work carried out. Strict order had to be kept on the construction site. Furthermore, a device for maintaining a moderate temperature in the building was installed in the winter in order for work to be able to continue, which required temperatures of 5 ºC and above.
