| Description: | According to the design of Ing. akad. arch. Michal Gabriel, an office complex with rough above-ground area of 43 000 m2 will be constructed here. Height of the building is not uniform – the east wing is dominating by its eleven floors and remaining three wings have six floors. The object will have approximately 700 parking spaces in underground garages. Building is designed in a comb-like shape, which wittily corresponds to the name of one of the adjacent streets – Na Hřebenech II (Combs II).
