We promote diversity in our company

Within the European Diversity Day we joined the European Diversity Charter, which is a voluntary commitment of employers to promote this issue.

We have thus become the first construction company in the Czech Republic that professes to equality.

“It is very important for us to openly inform our current employees and also the potential ones on what we find significant. Diversity is a big opportunity for us, but it also poses a number of risks and everyday demands on tolerance, understanding and especially communication,” HR Director Ing. Miroslav Kos says.

European Diversity Charter

European Diversity Charter is a commitment of employers to promote diversity at the workplace. The charter is supported by the European Commission (DG Justice) and in the Czech Republic it is introduced under the auspices of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Michaela Marksová and the Minister of Human Rights Jiří Dienstbier. The signing and implementation of the charter in the Czech Republic is coordinated by the non-profit organization Byznys pro společnost (Business for Society) as a national partner, which unites the leading Czech companies interested in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Across the whole Europe, more than 7,500 employers have already committed to it.
