Anti-flood measures in Velké Meziříčí scored in Jihlava
On Monday 8. 6. 2015 the results of the 13th year of the competition Construction of the Year of Vysočina Region were announced in Jihlava.
The awarded projects included the project of Anti-flood measures of the city of Velké Meziříčí, which ensures the protection of the city from floods on the Oslava and Balinka Rivers.
The project executed by the Operation Ostrava of the Division Traffic Infrastructure between October 2012 and November 2014 received the Recognition Award in the category Trafic infrastructure, engineering and water management project for “successful completion of vital municipal flood protection”.
