The building in question, together with other buildings, creates an  apartment  complex in the southern part of the street Za Černým Mostem. The apartment block is divided into 4 buildings. The first section is designed for office purposes; the other sections have a residential character. On the ground floor there are garages and technical rooms, from the 1st floor to the 4th floor there are apartments.

Description: The block of houses is divided and the houses have a similar structural and engineering design. Basically, it is a transversal construction system with bearing walls of Porotherm blocks. The building is founded on continuous footing in clay slates. External cladding is designed of moulded bricks and completed with contact thermal insulation of PPS. The ceramic ceilings are composed of Porotherm  moulded bricks completed with additional concreting, with ceramic inserts in the building corner. The stairs are prefabricated, with slab landings and separate stair flights.
