Prague, Reconstruction and Annex of the Šafránka Estate

The Šafránka Estate, the origins of which hark back to the mid 17th century, can be found on the slope above the Motole hospital. A listed historic site, it was sadly in a poor state of repair and had literally been falling apart. Now, however, it has been given a new lease of life.

Description: The intention of the developer and architect was to return it to residential use and extend the range of facilities available to residents. As a result, there will be a number of buildings featuring apartments, exclusive offices - ideal for notaries or solicitors, for example - as well as a venue for exhibitions or presentations. Naturally, something would be amiss if there was not a separate building with a sauna and swimming pool. Another structure that is to be renovated within the project is a little chapel that used to form part of the estate in the past.

As regards the locality, the housing will offer a high standard of living. In addition to ten luxurious apartments, the complex will also be furnished with various leisure time facilities and amenities. Garages and outdoor parking spaces are, naturally, to be taken for granted. Landscaping, which is going to be carried out according to an additional architectural project, will certainly enhance the grounds and create a characteristic ambience.
