This construction project consists of five floors and is designed as a part of a whole complex of apartment houses and terraced  family houses. The building consists of three sections with separate entrances into 4 aboveground floors, of which the 4th floor is designed as an attic.

Description: The peripheral structure of the building is designed of Porotherm elements. The interior load-bearing structures are thinner than the peripheral structure. The interior load-bearing walls in the basement are of plain bricks. The pillars between the garage doors are of  cast-in-situ reinforced concrete. The interior staircase in the circulation area is double-flight, reinforced cast-in-situ concrete, with a stair well. The roof is designed as a gambrel structure.. The roofing is made of Meindl system  Romano pantile.On a semi-sunken floor there are the technical rooms of the building such as a central heating machine room, cellar cubicles, a cleaners room, a drying room, a room for prams and bicycles, garages for about 14 passenger cars. Each section consists of 12 apartments.
