Description:

The residential complex consists of terraced apartment houses divided into three sections. All of them have five aboveground storeys; the last of them has the character of a mansard, in particular with regard to the surrounding development. The mansard covered with asphalt shingle optically decreases the height of the building. From the technical point of view, the construction has characteristic features of company standardisation of technologies for apartment buildings. Vertical load-bearing elements of Porotherm are completed with precast lattice girder plates with additional pouring of concrete.
Special attention is due to the balconies which are a significant expressive element of architectural design of the residential complex. However, if they are improperly executed in terms of technology, they can in a few years have an almost devastating effect on the facades and the total appearance of the house. Our balconies are resistant to such degradation. They have up-to-date and functionally reliable composition, elaborated by engineers of our company. It is based on precast reinforced concrete which have a factory-made surface for rain- and snowfall water discharge and external lower edge formed as a drip. Gravel damp-proofing is applied onto the balcony slab without other adaptations with the paving glued directly on it. A system strip that becomes a part of the paving replaced the sheet covering.
