Ridges

at Kavčí hory

Kavčí hory Office Park, Prague

The ridges simply belong to the mountains. The height is not uniform in nature nor in a modern office centre, and that's what makes them beautiful.

Project details
Location: Prague
Investor: HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic
Contractor: HOCHTIEF CZ a. s., Division Prague
Project type: Civil and administrative projects, new construction
Construction period: 10/2006–12/2008
Description:

An office complex with rough above-ground area of 43 000 m² was constructed according to the design of Ing. akad. arch. Michal Gabriel. Height of the building is not uniform – the east wing is dominating by its eleven floors and remaining three wings have six floors. The object has approximately 700 parking spaces in underground garages.

Building is designed in a comb-like shape, which wittily corresponds to the name of one of the adjacent streets – Na Hřebenech II (Combs II). This is a unique place in surrounding development, complemented by greenery in immediate vicinity of the building. Owing to the excellent accessibility, Kavčí Hory are one of the best locations for offices that are currently offered in Prague.
