Description: The vertical load-bearing structures consist of steel columns and
ferro-concrete walls. The ceilings are cast-in-situ using precast lattice girder plates. The structure is divided into three sections. In section "A" there is the entrance hall and on the 2nd through the 6th floor there are offices. In section "B" there is a canteen and a kitchen on the 1st floor, hall offices on the 2nd through the 6th floor and a conference hall on the 7th floor. In section "C" there are conference rooms, managers’club and some technical rooms on the 1st floor and on the 2nd through the 8th floor there are further office spaces. The spaces are divided with glazed transferable partition walls. The technical rooms are situated both on the 1st underground floor (transformer room, switch room) and on the roof of the structure (engine room, cooling). The building is equipped with glazed elevators. Beside the standard aluminium façades, glass concrete panelling and Alucobond panelling, wood-aluminium windows were applied. For the first time in our country, a glass curtain wall façade was constructed on section "A". Complete interior equipment (i.e. built-in furniture and mobile furniture, technical kitchen equipment, audiovisual systems in the conference rooms and complete computer equipment) forms a part of the construction work.
