České Budějovice, Winter sports stadium reconstruction and completion
This modern multipurpose sports compound is used for ice-hockey matches and other ice sports. There are two ice rinks, stands, restaurants, snack-bars and conveniences for sportsmen.

| Description: | The reconstruction of the winter stadium comprised the demolition of some of its parts, modernization of the existing buildings and construction of the new additional building and annex. The steel structure of the roof integrates the two so far separate ice rinks into one complex with a reconstructed grandstand of the main ice-hockey rink. In the office part of the building, there are spaces for television and radio broadcasting. A part of the project were also the hard surfaces which increased the parking capacity around the sports hall as wel as soft landscaping, local sewerage system, telephone line connection, outdoor lighting, steam pipeline and new fencing. |
