| Description: | Outdated elements include ceilings, floors, doors and window and even all buried services. Ground floor of the building is occupied by a drug store, which will be subsequently closed and premises will serve as offices for employees. External appearance of the building will remain the same, rich stucco elements will be fitted in places where it is missing. Plaster will be of light ocher shade to respect the historic character of the building. Object will receive such plastic windows that will match its overall appearance – including the replacing of original shop windows on the ground floor. During the reconstruction ceilings will be reinforced and new floors and ceilings will be fitted. Almost all internal walls will be newly built. New roof will be laid above the terrace and the object will be fitted with new distributors for all installations. |
