13.6.2007 - HOCHTIEF CZ has finished the building of the District Court in Frýdek Místek
Project of an annex and reconstruction of the District Court in Frýdek Místek was handed over to the investor on May 31st, the ceremonious inspection then took place on June 5th. Division Prague of the joint-stock company HOCHTIEF CZ commenced the execution of the project on May 12th of the last year and completed it within 384 days, which was before the official deadline.
7.6.2007 - Trout are guarding drinking water of Southern Bohemia
The ceremonious completion and handover of the project with a difficult name Ensuring the EU Standards in the Waterworks of Southern Bohemia took place on Wednesday, June 6th in Plav by České Budějovice.
7.6.2007 - Prague National monument on Vítkov will undergo reconstruction by the joint-stock company HOCHTIEF CZ
Press conference of the National museum, the investor of the project of reconstruction of the National monument on Vítkov in Prague, marked the beginning of its realization on Thursday June 7th. The contractor of the project has become the joint venture led by the construction company HOCHTIEF CZ. The second partner in the joint venture has become the company Gemma Art, taking care of the restoration works.

On Tuesday June 5th, in the evening, the cornerstone of the project of administration complex called Prosek Point Office Center was ceremoniously laid down.

In the immediate vicinity of the underground station Prosek on line C in direction to Letňany there will be a new project built, called Prosek Point Office Center. It is an administration complex with rentable area circa 25 300 m2. The investor is the company Prosek Point, developer J and T Real Estate CZ, and general contractor is the joint-stock company HOCHTIEF CZ.
1.6.2007 - HOCHTIEF CZ handed over the relaying of the road II/163 in Vyšší Brod to the investor
The completed relaying of the road II/163 is on May 31st, 2007 ceremoniously handed over to Southern Bohemian region, its investor, by the contractor, the joint stock company HOCHTIEF CZ, or rather its Division Traffic Infrastructure.
16.5.2007 - The fifth year of the architectonic competition Petr Parléř Award has began
The fifth year of the architectonic competition Petr Parléř Award, which has been supported by the joint-stock company HOCHTIEF CZ already for several years, started on 15th May. The competition focuses on rehabilitation and renewal of public areas of Czech towns in order to give them their beauty back. It strives to contribute so that the areas would become favoured places for the residents and visitors to meet.
11.5.2007 - A new office complex will grow in Prosek.
You can nearly watch the office buildings grow in the capital. The area adjacent to the extended line C towards Letňany is probably the last place with still free space for their construction. The development company J&T Real Estate CZ is planning the construction of an office complex in the close neighborhood to the line C Underground station Prosek. Project called Prosek Point Office Center consists of three buildings with rentable area of ca. 25 300 m2. Its General contractor become the joint stock company HOCHTIEF CZ.
25.4.2007 - Pilsner is enjoyed all over the world
The increased demand and production of the Pilsner Urquell brand lager called for the new fermenting tanks. These are being secured for the brewery Plzeňský Prazdroj by Division Bohemia of the joint stock company HOCHTIEF CZ from January this year. This is already the second stage of the construction.
24.4.2007 - The construction 514 continues with the success
The tunnel between Lochkov and Radotín at the construction 514, the part of the outer Ring Road around Prague in the section of Slivenec – Radotín, has been through successful driving of tens and hundreds of meters. It will consist of two parallel tunnel tubes in the length of 1,5 km – ascending three-lane and descending two-lane. Their construction is executed by HOCHTIEF Construction AG in cooperation with the Czech member of the group HOCHTIEF CZ.
