Roads and motorways

The Traffic Infrastructure Division is engaged in the construction of new terrestrial road routes and reconstructions of existing routes.
Through its own capacities the division implements earth works, drainage of the earth formation including laying sewerage networks and subgrade layers of gravel, crushed-run rock and aggregate reinforced with cement.

The division then secures asphalt or concrete binding and surface courses, or interlocked paving via subcontractors.

The road constructions of the Traffic Infrastructure Division also include gabion supporting walls, soundproofed walls and paving and other connected constructions.

Present and recent projects implemented by the company include for example:

  • Large scale excavation works on the construction of the expressway R6 Tisová – Kamenný Dvůr (West Bohemia)
  • Large scale excavation works on the expressway R4 Nová Hospoda – Písek including Nová Hospoda crossroads
  • Relaying of road Soběslav II/35
  • Karlovarská – widening of the road in Prague 6
  • Relaying of road Vyšší Brod – Lipno II/63 – relaying of length of 0.619 km, replacing the original unsuitable routing of the road with two insufficiently wide curves in opposite directions

HOCHTIEF CZ is the holder of a Certificate issued by the company STAVCERT Praha s.r.o. (Ltd.), which relates also to the implementation of road and construction works on terrestrial roads.
