IT Security Policy

The security principles applied in the IT sphere within the company HOCHTIEF CZ are based on the following documents and legal regulations:

ČSN ISO/IEC TR 13335 Information technologies - Directive for IT security management
HOCHTIEF working standards in the IT sphere

The objectives of all measures implemented in relation to the HOCHTIEF CZ security policy, are the following:

The major security principles applied within HOCHTIEF CZ which serve to achieve the objectives specified above, are the following:

ensuring physical security of individual parts of the system
protecting the system from breakdowns, handling emergencies, incl. ensuring repairs of critical system elements contractually and in time agreed
data saving and filing
clear identification of every system user through an account and a password
internet access for WAN users only through one point protected by Firewall, user's identification required
using continuously upgraded anti-virus software in all servers and computers, anti-virus control of electronic email.
controlling users' access to data with access entitlements
two-level protection of critical data and electronic mail - encryption
